1. About Plotistan

Plotistan markets apartments and penthouses in Green World Towers, Islamabad. The project is planned, developed and sold by its own developer. Plotistan is not the developer or owner of the project.

Plotistan is an authorized sales partner of Green World Towers, Islamabad. Images of Green World Towers on this website are supplied by Green World Towers and are used under its brand guidelines.

2. Information on this website

• Project descriptions, images, maps, plans, payment schedules and prices are provided for general information only. They are based on material published by the developer and may be illustrative or artist's impressions.
• Prices, unit sizes, availability, amenities, possession dates and payment plans are set by the developer and can change at any time without notice.
• Approvals and NOCs from development authorities are the responsibility of the developer. We do not guarantee the legal status of any project or unit.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, current or free of errors.

3. No offer, contract or advice

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a booking, an allotment or a binding agreement. Any purchase is made directly under the developer's own booking forms, allotment letters and terms. Content on this website is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Before you pay any money, please verify the project, the plot and the seller yourself, and take independent advice where appropriate.

4. Payments

We never ask you to pay money through this website. Make payments only through the official channels specified in the developer's documents, and always obtain an official receipt. If someone claiming to be from Plotistan asks you to pay into a personal account, please do not pay and contact us first.

5. Your inquiries

• Please give accurate contact details when you send an inquiry and use the form only for genuine property inquiries.
• By sending an inquiry you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the projects you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
